I went up 4 lbs this week could be water retention and aunt Flo made her visit so we will see I have been tracking and working out so I know that things will be good. I continue to stay motivated at this challenge. I can see myself at my goal weight of 175lbs. I keep trying to visualize the finish line and then onto maintaining which I feel is the ultimate challenge so what are your plans for success and how do you deal with setbacks and gains. In watching Extreme Makeover Weight loss Edition I saw her making excuses and not fighting to change. She did in the end lose over a 100lbs but I just thought if she did not waste the first 6 months she would of done a whole lot better for herself. It was still a lot to lose in a year but I just think with the support of Chris you could do so much more such a great opportunity!. It just makes me motivated to do more I always think when I feel like I can't do anymore I am at my end that Chris Powell is there telling me you can do it push through it you can So what is your motivational person I found a good quote by Michael Jordan

I have had some challenges getting back here as in no Internet at home no cellphone at the moment so I log on at work and the library when I can. I have done well so far I am down 28lbs I have said hello to the 250's which makes me happy. I recently had surgery gallbladder removed all is well now. My gym finally opened planet fitness and hubby and I went at 4:30am on Mon morning planned to today but the alarm failed me lol so back on the horse tomorrow. I decided that if I am serious the only way to get this in since my schedule is so crazy is to go first thing in the morning and I felt great afterwards. I still have a long road to travel but I feel I have finally reached the clear path to success for sure.

Buckled down and got results YEAH!!!!! Goodbye 280's
I have been struggling the last couple of weeks trying what I thought
was my best with my diet but yet the scale was moving up ugggg I know I
had to pay closer attention so I really tracked everything and cut out
sugar in my hot tea made sure to get more veg and fresh fruit so when I
got weighed yesterday it said???????????? 279.4 I lost 5.2 lbs for a
total so far of 7.2lbs. I was pleased and see that you really do need to
pay attention and do the basics no shortcuts. I have to get my schedule
together for my exercise that is off right now with my work schedule
MON-THU 8am-11pm and then one other day I work my reg 8hrs so I need to
get that together but I will work harder at my diet for sure. So how was
your week

Looking forward to a Better Week
I thought I did OK but the scale tells
another story lol I gained 1.2 no the end of the world and I will be
ok. I am making sure to track better his week I think that may be key
as well as finding it hard to get my workout in so will have to work
harder at that again as this is the year of no EXCUSES I am an a
VITALICIOUS FAN I tried the dark choc muffin top and the brownie
AMAZING I will def be ordering on a regular basis SO GOOD and

Well almost done with my first week back to my second job
Its always tough getting
back in swing of things but I will so have tomorrow afternoon off and Friday so
hopefully will get some kinda of work out in and then weigh in this
week on Fri this week because I work on Sat this week. SO far week
has been good hoping for at least 2lbs so we will see. Saw this cute
picture on pinterest I think its cute and motivational going to try

Had a great weekend
Had
a wonderful weekend I worked out Sat with my friend we used her X-Box
Kinect and did the UFC ultimate trainer and it killed me OMG it was
crazy I weighed in Sat morning lost .8 so yeah for me. I also did well
with Superbowl I made a healthy guacamole for me and my mom and I
marinated boneless skinless chicken breasts in a low cal Italian
dressing for us so we would not have to eat to many chicken wings so
overall I think this was a good weekend. How was yours did Superbowl go
good for you what was your favorite commercials I think Doritos won for
me the ads were too cute

Joined a Gym Today
I joined Planet Fitness it will not be open until April but its gonna be
assume they are going to be huge the treadmills have their own flat
screen tv's free personal trainers, circuit rooms and massage chairs and
tanning cant wait all for 19.99 a month and can bring unlimited guests
so my friend can go for free whoooo I signed hubby and me up so we can
bring two guests. This is the same gym the biggest loser is using so I
like what I have seen on there and I am so motivated and excited I will
be able to get back into the gym I know I will see my results move along
then on the regular keeping fingers crossed for my weigh in Tomorrow

What are your plans for Superbowl
Walked around an area called Market commons today I walked it twice took me 45 min its 1.1 miles around the pond area so felt good did not want to get up today to do it but then I said to myself NO EXCUSES get you a** out of bed and get movin BIG GIRL so I went kissed hubby bye as he laid in bed. I was glad I went felt good when I was done worked up a sweat as it was almost 70 here in Myrtle Beach so good day for us. Looking forward to joining a gym soon so I can do more no matter what the weather so what are your plans for Super Bowl Weekend how do you plan to make it thorough and stay on track ? Which team are you rooting for I guess I would have to Say Giants as I hate NEW ENGLAND my team was the Cowboys
who went home early maybe next year

My True test is coming up
I am going back Monday to my part time
job for he season I work there MON-THU 8-2 and then my full time job
3-11 so I will be a busy bee but I know I will kick butt on my days
off for sure I am determined and will not be defeated NO EXCUSES that
is my motto so I will find a way to make this work its just gonna
take planning and commitment and of course support. So what are your
challenges as we roll into the spring season or if you work in the
hotel industry like me the busy season how do you plan to stay on

Had a great day yesterday
Had a tea party yesterday and we watched Gone With The Wind it was great we laughed a lot especially at mammy and prissy loved them. I made finger sandwiches and had small mini cupcakes red velvet, carrot and vanilla plus mini banana muffins and macaroons. I only had 1 of each of the cupcakes very proud of myself because the old me would of went to town so I am focused and on point I will meet my goal so how was your weekend.

Ok AUNT FLO SCORE 1 at the scale
Well my monthly visitor won at the scale this week I ate good this week exercised and I gained 1.4 but mom lose 3.2 so yeah I am not worried I know this will be a better story next week. I did walk yesterday 2 times around at market commons which is 1.1 miles each time. I walked once today with mom and Howie I tried to feed the ducks but the damn seagulls kept hoarding in. So I look forward to a better week hopefully will be able to do my workout tape or walk some more. Tomorrow is my tea party I have gotten a bunch of mini cupcakes and stuff so not too bad will let you all know how it goes. Made a protein shake this morning for breakfast I used Jillian Michaels choc protein powder and put unsweetened soy milk with a whole banana and 2 tsp of peanut butter it was great I had that at 9:00 am and it is now 4 and still full so I am liking that I did have a small snack a 4pt pouch of ginger cookies so that is not bad happy with that. Good to have a quick breakfast and will have a good dinner tonight. So what is on your agenda for the week how do you plan to get busy this week and my question for today is does your weight and self image hinder your mood with your better half so you find that you just are not wanting to be intimate and how do you make them understand what you are feeling?

Today I enforced the rule NO EXCUSES!!!!
I
was trying to do my workout tape this morning and my DVD player was not
working so I had to get ready for work. So here at work I go out alot
to get ice from the machine and the building I work in here at the hotel
does not have an elevator its 2 flight of steps 13 stairs each flight
one set of stairs on each side. So every time I go to get ice or bathroom
I am going up one side down the other then back up the other side. So I
figured where there is a will there is a way NO EXCUSES!!!!! So what was your no excuse day!!!!

WHAT A WEEKEND!!!!!
Pushed hard this weekend I am so sore but I know in the end my hard work will payoff I was so proud of Sheka and I we really did not feel like going on Sunday at all and the old us would of surely said we will just do it next week but we did it again its the year of NO EXCUSES we not only did it but we pushed ourselves hard even though it would of been just as easy to take a easy workout. Great first week of Weight Watchers
So I have completed my first week of weight watchers and I did great I lost 5.4 lbs so excited and ladies I even ate Cheesecake this week. Just shows in moderation you can have just make sure to eat good the rest of the time and keep moving. Last weekend had great workouts and this weekend so far good I was sweating my but off last night added some new moves I did 25 squats and then 10 more with 5lb weights in each hand. I also went on Thursday to see Hannah from Biggest loser season 11 she looked AMAZING and was so nice and motivational. I looked at her and said that is me and it gave me proof again that with hard work and dedication I can too change and maybe I too can help to inspire someone who feels as if it will never happen. I know this weight battle is one we fight over and over but I have to only assume that one day I will exit that roller coaster and never ride again. So I am looking forward to a good week I would like at least a 2lb loss as I know they will not all be big and that is ok most important is that the scale moves in the right direction. I know as I exercise I will gain from muscle but that is healthy so I a good with that as well. So here is to a great week and remember as always:
