Buckled down and got results YEAH!!!!! Goodbye 280's

I have been struggling the last couple of weeks trying what I thought was my best with my diet but yet the scale was moving up ugggg I know I had to pay closer attention so I really tracked everything and cut out sugar in my hot tea made sure to get more veg and fresh fruit so when I got weighed yesterday it said???????????? 279.4 I lost 5.2 lbs for a total so far of 7.2lbs. I was pleased and see that you really do need to pay attention and do the basics no shortcuts. I have to get my schedule together for my exercise that is off right now with my work schedule MON-THU 8am-11pm and then one other day I work my reg 8hrs so I need to get that together but I will work harder at my diet for sure. So how was your week

Looking forward to a Better Week


I thought I did OK but the scale tells another story lol I gained 1.2 no the end of the world and I will be ok. I am making sure to track better his week I think that may be key as well as finding it hard to get my workout in so will have to work harder at that again as this is the year of no EXCUSES I am an a VITALICIOUS FAN I tried the dark choc muffin top and the brownie AMAZING I will def be ordering on a regular basis SO GOOD and Satisfying so how was everyone's week I hope good

Well almost done with my first week back to my second job


Its always tough getting back in swing of things but I will so have tomorrow afternoon off  and Friday so hopefully will get some kinda of work out in and then weigh in this week on Fri this week because I work on Sat this week. SO far week has been good hoping for at least 2lbs so we will see. Saw this cute picture on pinterest I think its cute and motivational going to try it.  Have you been on pinterest yet it is so addicting I love it try it today. How has your week been ?

Had a great weekend







Had a wonderful weekend I worked out Sat with my friend we used her X-Box Kinect and did the UFC ultimate trainer and it killed me OMG it was crazy I weighed in Sat morning lost .8 so yeah for me. I also did well with Superbowl I made a healthy guacamole for me and my mom and I marinated boneless skinless chicken breasts in a low cal Italian dressing for us so we would not have to eat to many chicken wings so overall I think this was a good weekend. How was yours did Superbowl go good for you what was your favorite commercials I think Doritos won for me the ads were too cute

Joined a Gym Today





I joined Planet Fitness it will not be open until April but its gonna be assume they are going to be huge the treadmills have their  own flat screen tv's free personal trainers, circuit rooms and massage chairs and tanning cant wait all for 19.99 a month and can bring unlimited guests so my friend can go for free whoooo I signed hubby and me up so we can bring two guests. This is the same gym the biggest loser is using so I like what I have seen on there and I am so motivated and excited I will be able to get back into the gym I know I will see my results move along then on the regular keeping fingers crossed for my weigh in Tomorrow Morning wish me luck

What are your plans for Superbowl






Walked around an area called Market commons today I walked it twice took me 45 min its 1.1 miles around the pond area so felt good did not want to get up today to do it but then I said to myself NO EXCUSES get you a** out of bed and get movin BIG GIRL so I went kissed hubby bye as he laid in bed. I was glad I went felt good when I was done worked up a sweat as it was almost 70 here in Myrtle Beach so good day for us. Looking forward to joining a gym soon so I can do more no matter what the weather so what are your plans for Super Bowl Weekend how do you plan to make it thorough and stay on track ? Which team are you rooting for I guess I would have to Say Giants as I hate NEW ENGLAND my team was the Cowboys 
 who went home early maybe next year

My True test is coming up


I am going back Monday to my part time job for he season I work there MON-THU 8-2 and then my full time job 3-11 so I will be a busy bee but I know I will kick butt on my days off for sure I am determined and will not be defeated NO EXCUSES that is my motto so I will find a way to make this work its just gonna take planning and commitment and of course support. So what are your challenges as we roll into the spring season or if you work in the hotel industry like me the busy season how do you plan to stay on track ?
